Book a SessionDetailed Overview
Reformer Pilates at Offertrail uses the latest Balanced Body Reformers with 10 different spring resistance levels, allowing for progressive loading and precise targeting of deep stabilizing muscles. Each class focuses on controlled, low-impact movements that challenge your entire body while protecting your joints. Research indicates that 12 weeks of regular Reformer Pilates can increase trunk muscle endurance by 50% and reduce lower back pain by 70% in participants with chronic discomfort.
Our studio offers both mat-based and Reformer options, but the Reformer classes are limited to 6 participants per session to ensure maximum individual attention. We have 14 reformers in our Sydney location, each equipped with a padded carriage, adjustable foot bar, and a variety of straps and boxes for diverse exercises. Every class is 50 minutes and follows a structured format: breathing warm-up, footwork series, bridging, leg circles, abdominal work, spinal articulation, side-lying series, and a cool-down stretch.
We also offer a six-week beginner foundation course that covers the basic principles of Pilates — centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow — before moving into more advanced sequences. Our advanced classes include jump-board cardio, long box series, and advanced supine leg work for experienced practitioners.
